Presidential letter of intent
Ladies and Gentlemen, Dear Participants,
To my great joy and satisfaction our City has been once again chosen to host
16th International Congress on Internal Control, Internal Audit, Fraud and Anti-Corruption Issues. I am glad that here, in Krakow, we will have another occasion to witness a vast number of experts exchange their knowledge and experience.
It has been 15 years since the first international conference organized by
the Polish Institute of Internal Control under the aupices of Prof. Leszek Balcerowicz who was then President of the National Bank of Poland.
The Conference started the tradition of annual editions of this important event and each autumn we have the honour to host its participants. The Congress has become a fixed element in the life of Andrzej Frycz Modrzewski’s Krakow University and occupies a significant place among prestigious conferences held in our city.
I believe that this time Krakow will also meet all the expectations as the Conference host and that the city’s numerous attractions will help you enjoy your stay with us. I also hope you will be willing to revisit this city
in the future.
